Terms of Service

1. Accounts

You need an account to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for named individuals — do not share a login across reps.

2. Your data

Call logs, prospect records, transcripts and notes you submit remain yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display that content back to you and to your workspace teammates, and to run the automated analysis features you choose to use.

You are responsible for having the right to submit any recording or transcript, including obtaining consent from call participants where the law requires it.

3. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, deceptive or abusive use of the Service.
• No attempts to breach, probe or overload our systems or other users' data.
• No reselling or reverse engineering of the Service.
• No uploading of malware or of data you are not permitted to share.

4. Automated analysis and coaching output

Scores, summaries, follow-up suggestions and coaching notes are generated automatically and are provided for guidance only. They may be incomplete or wrong. Use your own judgment before acting on them; they are not legal, financial or employment advice.

5. Fees, trials and subscriptions

The published plan is $39 per rep per month or $390 per rep per year, and every new workspace starts with 14 days free. Paid billing is not switched on yet, so no charge is taken today. When it is, the price, billing period and renewal terms will be shown clearly before you enter payment details, subscriptions will be billed in advance for the period shown at checkout and will renew until cancelled, and you will be able to cancel from inside the app in as few steps as it took to sign up.

Cancelling a subscription and deleting your data are separate actions. Cancelling stops future billing and does not erase your records; deleting your data or account does not by itself cancel a subscription unless we tell you it has.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change or remove features. If we make a material change to these terms we will update the date above and, where practical, notify account owners.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or where required by law. On termination you may request an export of your data before it is deleted.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost revenue arising from your use of the Service.
